Tire House ("we") provides mobile tire service in Miami-Dade and Broward, Florida. This policy explains what information we receive through tirehouse24.com and how we use it.

Information we receive

When you fill out the quote form you send us your name, phone or email, the service you need, your area, your vehicle, tire size, address or intersection and any details you choose to add. If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to you, give you a quote and schedule and perform the service. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

The form is processed by our web host (Netlify) and a form delivery service (FormSubmit) that sends it to us by email. WhatsApp and payment services (card or Zelle) handle your data under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep the information as long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of our services.
